3 months to 99 years - however old, it's never too late to start your journey. Swimming is a life skill that people master at different times in their lives. Whether you are a total beginner, someone who can swim a little or someone who swims well but wants to perfect a stroke, our classes combine hands-on experience with knowledge-based teaching to take you from where you are to the next step.
All classes are taught by qualified, experienced professionals, all DBS checked and IOS insured.
Holiday Crash Courses
Make some fast progress on our holiday crash courses. An intensive course is a fantastic opportunity for increased retention and quicker results.
Term Time Lessons
Enjoy the fantastic experience every week with term-time lessons. Keep lessons regular to make sure you aren't falling behind.
Learn or refine your dive starts and learn some platform diving basics
Learn or refine tumble turns and touch turns
One-to-One Private Lesson
Have a lesson all to yourself. There will be nobody else in the pool apart from you and your teacher. Complete privacy.
Adult Only Lessons
It's been estimated one in five adults in the UK cannot swim. It's never too late to start and if it's OK for your kids to learn, it's OK for you too.
Parent & Toddler
The best way to start is with Mum or Dad. These structured sessions are 30 minutes long aimed at water confidence and getting used to basic movements for swimming.
Rookie Lifeguard is aimed at children – though the skills learned through the course of the programme are just as valuable to people of all ages. The scheme begins with Stage 1 of the Bronze Award and progresses to Stage 3 of the Gold Award, starting off at an ability level suitable for brand-new swimmers and progressing to the level where our Rookie Lifeguards perform impressive lifesaving tows.
